300g pizza dough
Lots of flour
Splash of olive oil
(Toppings of your choice)
Make pizza dough in the bread machine
Preheat main (fan) oven to 200°C with pizza stones inside. Preheat the top (non-fan) oven to 30-40°C.
Generously flour the dough in the bucket before placing on a well-floured surface
Cut the dough into 2 pieces, and place each half onto an 11” square piece of floured baking parchment
Roll out each base (may also require a bit of prodding & stretching) to approx 10” dia.
Lightly oil two 11” squares of foil and place gently over the pizza bases (to prevent them drying out while proving)
Put the pizza bases (between paper & foil) onto a baking tray and prove in the slightly warm (top) oven for 5mins.
Remove foil, and add toppings
Cook the pizzas on the pre-heated stones (& paper) for 6-10 minutes (depending on thickness of your toppings)
