Use to top any fruit crumble mixture. Can be frozen until needed, then warmed in the microwave before adding to fruit & icecream.

55g plain flour
55g spelt flour
75g butter
55g porridge oats
55g choppen hazelnuts
75g soft brown sugar
Preheat the oven to medium, fan 170°C.
Sift the flours together, and rub in the butter to form breadrumbs.
Stir in the porridge oats, chopped nuts and sugar.
If freezing for future use, spread onto a baking tray, and cook for 10-15 mins until lightly golden.
