2 chicken breasts cut into bite-sized
pieces
4 bacon rashers, chopped
1 leek, sliced
Olive oil
½ tsp ground cumin
Salt & black pepper
5 floz cream
3-4 floz white wine
Fry chicken on a high heat until pieces are golden.
Add bacon pieces and fry for a further 2 mins.
Add leek and fry for a further 3-4 mins until soft and golden.
Add cumin and season to taste.
Add wine and deglaze pan.
Reduce heat, add cream and allow to heat through. Serve immediately.
